Integrate the LLVM SafeStack with the basesystem framework. Build and execute base programs against SafeStack.

Milestones:

• Ensure completeness of the toolchain in the basesystem.
• Add a new option for building the basesystem utilities with SafeStack.
• Finish the integration and report bugs.
• Research SafeStack for pkgsrc.
