Having chosen ikiwiki, we need to write a plugin to use CVS as the backend revision control system.

While ikiwiki's VCS API is straightforward, CVS is missing some features and behaves badly, besides. Despite these well-known limitations, the CVS plugin manages to implement the complete API, so all of ikiwiki's VCS-related features work.

There may be a bug or two yet to be found, but this is done. --schmonz
