Add calendar plugin which can be used to get nice calendar generated on site. --haad

I've turned it on and attempted to generate a calendar from the aggregated copy of the ?blog. Calendar links try to go to the aggregated copy, not the original, and don't work right. But if the blog (or another calendar-oriented set of posts) were written directly in the wiki, this would be working. done --schmonz
