`wikisrc` is in its own repository, by design. We need to arrange for it, like the main repository, to be pushed to anoncvs.

* anoncvs should pull instead, due to the trust hierarchy of TNF's servers
* we'll need to prevent simultaneous `rsync`s from stepping on each other's toes
* we'll need to massage CVSROOT so `wikisrc` looks like any other anoncvs module
