Hardcode links to man.NetBSD.org yet another way

Use the linking syntax previously used:
- This is not how we want to link to manual pages; one should use
  the man template ([[!template id=man ...]]) instead.
- We would rather not hardcode the scheme (http:) to NetBSD.org links,
  unless the service only works with a specific scheme.
