Make link to .iso in ports pages conditional on "iso_image" variable
and set this for all ports where we have an ISO image.

Noticed by js@ who pointed out that landisk had a link to a
nonexisting .iso .

Add install_image variable intended to be used for USB images (currently
provided by amd64 and i386)

It should be defined to the corresponding suffix, e.g. `install' (i386/amd64) or
`uefi-install' (amd64).

Fix a copypasto in the ISO anchor for non-port_var-s ports

ok that works, but actually there's some pre-existing nonsense going on,
namely, that all of the pages that use port_alt have a broken "port
maintainer" link (eg epoc32, mmeye, etc); so, fix that link in the template
to use port_alt too, hopefully that should fix all pages at once

Update templates/port.mdwn fixing an issue in the "Release Info" section.

Some of the "Release Info" links on the port pages had additional padding
between links. For example the amd64 page had no padding between links
and some of the evbarm links did contain padding.

This was due to templates/port.mdwn interpreting white space as a paragraph
when some variables were set, so the "Release Info" section was changed to
use HTML instead of Markdown to avoid white space issues.

Use more generic 'download' instead of (no longer true) 'ftp'

Add support for no_install_notes variable that if defined will not add the
`INSTALL notes' link for ports that does not have install notes available.

Should fix part of port-dreamcast/51836 problem reported by <sevan>.

Check if port_var1 exists in order to add the possible INSTALL notes link for
ports that uses port_var-s.

Add a port_var_install_notes and modify the template in order to make possible
to also add a link to the INSTALL notes for ports that have port_var-s.

Addresses port-evbmips/50956, also discussed with sevan@.

Document port_alt and port_var[1-7].

Extend port.mdwn template in order to accomodate more port_var<n> and
address PR 50956 reported by sevan@.

 o Add port_var[3-7] to accomadate more variants.
 o Avoid hard-coded logic that previously needed that exactly two port_var(s)
   was needed. Now also from 0 to 7 port_var-s can be defined independently.
 o Fix the title for ``[...] pkgsrc binary packages'' in ``[...] pre-built
   binary packages from pkgsrc'' anchors.
