Prune ill-specified projects; just leave traces of them in the "ideas" page.

Not all of the unclassified projects were useless though; some of them had
decent content, so I have just added tags to classify them appropriately
instead of just deleting them.

title="Support pkgsrc cross-bootstrapping"

[Aleksej Saushev](

duration="3 months"

pkgsrc duplicates NetBSD efforts in maintaining packages.
pkgsrc X11, being able to cross-build, could replace base X11 distribution.

The latter decoupling should simplify maintainance of software;
updating X11 and associated software becomes easier because of
pkgsrc's shorter release cycle and more volatility.

Cross-buildable and cross-installable pkgsrc tools could also
simplify maintainance of slower systems by utilising power of
faster ones.

The goal of this project is to make it possible to bootstrap
pkgsrc using available cross-build tools (e.g. NetBSD's).

This project requires good understanding of cross-development,
some knowledge of NetBSD build process or ability to create cross-development toolchain,
and familiarity with pkgsrc bootstrapping.
