Make link to .iso in ports pages conditional on "iso_image" variable
and set this for all ports where we have an ISO image.

Noticed by js@ who pointed out that landisk had a link to a
nonexisting .iso .

Revert -r1.61, backslashes are probably needed because we are already in `"""'!

(This is mostly a revert to 1.60 except for a removal of probably extra `\'.)

Bump future_rel and changes_future to 8.0 and changes_cur to 7.0.

The user-visible change is that instead of having `NetBSD/<port> 6.0 changes'
and `NetBSD/<port> 7.0 changes' there will be respectively
`NetBSD/<port> 7.0 changes' and `NetBSD/<port> 8.0 changes'.

Fix port_var_install_notes value.

Use port_var_install_notes in order to provide a link to the NetBSD/evbarm
INSTALL notes.

Addresses port-evbmips/50956, also discussed with sevan@.

Add all port_var-s for NetBSD/evbarm too.
