Bump future_rel and changes_future to 8.0 and changes_cur to 7.0.
The user-visible change is that instead of having `NetBSD/<port> 6.0 changes'
and `NetBSD/<port> 7.0 changes' there will be respectively
`NetBSD/<port> 7.0 changes' and `NetBSD/<port> 8.0 changes'.

9: about="""
10: NetBSD/alpha is a true 64-bit system that fully implements the LP64 architecture,
11: using 64-bit pointers and 64-bit long integers (standard integers are still 32
12: bits) in a linear four terabyte (4TB) address space. NetBSD/alpha was the first
13: free OS to run on the Alpha and supports by far the largest number of alpha
14: system types of any free OS.
15:
16: NetBSD runs on almost all of the existing alpha systems, including some of the
17: more unusual ones with proprietary or legacy bus architectures, such as the
18: large-scale 8400, all of the TURBOchannel systems, the 4100 series, and the
19: EISA-only Jensen.
