Before announcing the wiki to developers, we need brief explanations of how to:

edit via CVS
edit via web browser:
Just hit the 'Edit' link in the top bar. For markup advice, see the FormattingHelp link at the bottom next to the save etc buttons. Or use the cheat option: look at a page that already does what you want to achieve.
set up Kerberos
report the "do" parameter missing bug

there is no orange bar. maybe go to the orange juice bar.
