The CVS backend was written by a confused, rusty Perl programmer who didn't bother writing automated tests first (but I repeat myself). In its current state, it's not ready for prime time. To correct this, I've been writing the missing test cases and fixing the suddenly obvious bugs. You can follow my progress here. --schmonz
